Our wine club members have a unique opportunity for a hands-on experience of the final stage of winemaking, the bottling of the wine. Members gather early in the morning at 9:00 AM with our winemaker for a complimentary breakfast before working the line to bottle our small lot, vineyard-designated varietal wines and blends. The bottling crew enjoys a complimentary catered lunch around 1:30-2:00PM, and is back on the line until about 5:00 PM.
