Larry Vito Catering will be preparing Sunce's Coq a Vin Alla Siciliano
Take the usual coq au vin ingredients of chicken, vegetables and red wine, then corrupt it with loads of garlic, tomatoes and Italian sausage, then serve it over Creamy Polenta, and you have yourself a Sicilian twist on this traditional French recipe. Sunce will also be barrel Tasting its 2008 Alexander Valley Mazzocco Cabernet Sauvignons and its newly blended Meritage.
