Frane's 2004 Sonoma County Meritage Reserve has won a prestigious Double Gold and Best of Class designation at the 2007 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. We have also won Gold for our 2005 Cabernet Franc.

Sunce Wins Gold at Tasters Guild International!

Sunce Winery and Vineyard has won gold at the Tasters Guild International Wine Competition in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our 2002 Sonoma County Meritage has won its third gold medal and the 2004 Hedin Merlot its first. We also have won silver for the 2003 Les Trois Amis and 2003 Malbec, past gold medal winners at other competitions.

Sunce Winery launches One World Wine for Aids Project

It is Suncé Winery’s honor to join the fight against AIDS in this rare partnership for a better world. With every purchase of ONE WORLD wine, Suncé Winery is donating 25% of the proceeds to the participating non-profit AIDS organizations. Sunce Winery launched the project with a number of important parties with a open house wine and grill affair at the winery. We are excited at the opportunity!

Following in the legacy of our remarkable 2002 Rodella Vineyard Pinot Noir, which won a Double Gold at last year's competition, Suncé Winery's 2002 North Coast Meritage has also struck Double Gold at the 2005 Tasters Guild Wine Lovers Competition.

Suncé Winery's 2003 St. Olof's Vineyard Barbera was awarded the Concordance Gold Medal at the prestigious Indiana International Wine Competition at the end of July. The Concordance award is made only to those select few wines where the judges are unanimous in their decision to award the wine a gold medal.
