50% Chardonnay, 50% Chenin Blanc. A field blend of 45 year-old vines. Aged for 6 months in Hungarian Oak, this wine has all the roundness of a good Chardonnay, but the Chenin spices it up a bit with flavors of Indian chutney, mangos, and papaya. Try this wine with dijon chicken breast, seared ahi, sushi, and Asian specialities.
