A youthful Cabernet now realizing its potential with a Double Gold at the Tasters Guild Wine Lovers Competition.  Aged twenty-seven months in oak barrels, this Cab shows with subtle, perfumed fruit and a deliciously rounded mouthfeel.  Firm tannins lend structure and age-ability.  We feel this is perhaps Frane's finest Cabernet ever.  Expect to age through at least 2015.

We are now sold out of our first vintage of the 2002 Hedin Cabernet Sauvignon.   Notable for the distinctive Hedin Vineyard bouquet of truffles.  Quite drinkable now, though the chalky-cocoa essence of this wine will continue to develop as the wine refines.  Age-worthy for 15-20 years.

We are extremely pleased with the development of this Strycker Cab, which we feel is the best vintage to date.  The traditional Walt Stryker's "suck-your-teeth" varietal character is still present, while extended fermentation and barrel aging has given this vintage an especially round, full mouth-feel.  With its potent tannins and balanced acidity, this wine can age up to 20 years.
